Can I use different levels for different invoices?

Yes. Every invoice is its own decision. Send some for free, put others on Accounts Receivable, and fully protect the ones that matter most.

When am I actually charged?

The fee for the level you choose is charged when you send the invoice. There’s nothing else to pay.

Can I upgrade an invoice after I’ve sent it?

Not once it’s sent. Choose the level of cover you want at the time, since Invoice Protection needs to be in place before a payment issue comes up.

Is there a monthly fee or subscription?

No. There’s never a subscription, a minimum spend, or a contract.

What if I protect an invoice and it gets paid on time?

This is the best outcome. In Australia, only about 38% of invoices are actually paid on time, protection is there for the other 62% that don’t.
